CHARACTERISTICS

Non-hydrolyzed wheat proteins with very high molecular weight for the formulation of mild cleansing products. The complex formation is obtained by extraction with potassium cocoate and is reversible: only electrostatic and hydrophobic bonds are involved without altering the primary and secondary structure of the original protein macromolecule. The complex high molecular weight  provides skin protection and film-forming effect during cleansing.
