CHARACTERISTICS

Water-soluble extract of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd) flour obtained by gentle enzymatic extraction. It contains the components naturally present in the flour, solubilized thanks to the specific extraction process. The extract, in addition to containing part of the protein substance present in the flour, is particularly rich in water-soluble polysaccharides fractions with skin conditioning properties. Excellent active for the formulation of a wide range of cosmetic products, even for delicate skin.
