CHARACTERISTICS

Concentrated, water-soluble extract, obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of goat milk. It contains the partially hydrolyzed protein fraction and the water-soluble components naturally present in the milk. The protein fraction has an excellent average molecular weight with film-forming and protective properties.
