CHARACTERISTICS

Innovative vegetal extract obtained from mallow leaves. This plant is widely distributed in temperate regions all over the world and has been largely used in folk medicine and in cosmetics for its anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties due to its high content in mucilage; the plant leaves contain also a protein fraction and several phenolic compounds. The extract contains a concentrated protein fraction and part of the water-soluble principles of the plant. It is especially indicated for the formulation of skin care leave-on cosmetics thanks to its characteristic composition.
