100% natural peloid, slowly formed by accumulation and decomposition of vegetal residues at the bottom of peat-bogs. It is manually extracted from millennial deposits in Austria (Reichenau) and prepared in place without addition of chemical substances. Organic substances represent most of the water dispersible components of the Moor: humic acids are present in considerable amount, bituminous substances, pectines, hemicelluloses and cellulose are also significantly present. The ability to stimulate blood circulation and the presence of numerous organic and inorganic components able to partially penetrate the skin, make the mud an optimal active ingredient for the formulation of cosmetics products with revitalizing and purifying properties.
