CHARACTERISTICS

Wheat protein extract obtained by enzymatic extraction of high quality sources. The optimum balance between medium and low molecular weight peptides ensures film-forming and protective properties. The protective properties against surfactant aggressiveness and the foam stabilizing effect make this ingredient especially suggested for the formulation of mild cleansing products; it can be also advantageously used for the formulation of leave-on products to enhance quality and functionality. The powder is obtained by spray-dry process and does not contain preservatives.
