Water-soluble extract obtained by gentle enzymatic extraction of non genetically modified soy protein. The optimum medium molecular weight provides film forming properties, fine skin texture to leave-on products and protective effect against surfactant aggressiveness in cleansing formulations. The powder is obtained by spray-dry process and does not contain preservatives.
